Growth protocol |
Cell lines were cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle medium/Ham’s F12 (Wisent) and supplemented with 10% FBS (Wisent). Cells were maintained in at 37 °C and a CO2 concentration of 5%. Cells were allowed to reach ~90% confluency at which point the media was aspirated and cells were washed with phosphate buffered saline (PBS) and exposed to 2 mL of trypsin/EDTA until cells detached from plate. Cells were resuspended in 10 mL of media and then split onto new plates at a minimum of a 1:3 dilution.
