Summary Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of normal and tumour prostate samples. The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC Human DNA methylation oligonucleotide beads was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs. Comparative assessment was carried out.
 
Overall design Bisulphite converted DNA from 42 samples (normal and tumour prostate tissue) were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC oligonucleotide beads for comparative assessment.
